Position Summary
The Junior Content Creator will support and execute social media strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating compelling content that connects with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of social media objectives and strategies
Write dynamic, engaging, and compelling content to support sales, marketing, and recruiting initiatives
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and OEM marketing compliance guidelines
Research, develop, and implement innovative social media tools and strategies aligned with business goals
Create and publish consistent, up-to-date content across all social media platforms
Monitor social media channels and manage digital conversations by responding to comments, messages, and customer feedback
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs
Support public relations initiatives, dealership events, and community engagement activities
Integrate social media messaging into broader marketing, sales, and recruitment campaigns
Contribute to integrated marketing and sales projects
Maintain awareness of industry trends and digital best practices, sharing insights with leadership
Assist with tracking and monitoring budget items related to social media initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Previous relevant experience in content creation, social media, and or marketing
Experience creating engaging digital content (photo, video)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Automotive industry experience is considered an asset
